Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP is the systematic study of human performance. It is a means understanding how we think. When we look at what we say, do and how we present ourselves, then change and growth are not only possible, they may occur surprisingly quickly and at a very deeply profound level.

Dr. Sandy's original training was back in the day when Richard Bandler and John Grinder presented to a handful of curious seekers. The NLP theory was presented on mimeographed paper. Their assistant was Steve Lankton, who diligently handed out those precious papers.

Some of the issues that are commonly dealt with are:
Fear reactions:
